We are so glad you have found us. If you are ready to meet with an Enrollment Assistant and become a part of the TOP family, please read the simple steps below before downloading and completing the attached enrollment forms. Do not hesitate to call if you have any questions. We look forward to meeting with you in person to finalize the enrollment process and we are excited to become a part of your child’s life, helping to prepare him or her for a successful elementary school experience.

Step 1: Download and complete forms A, B & C attached below and have them ready when you meet with the Enrollment Assistant.

Step 2: If your child has any type of allergy, a doctor’s note must also be provided to the Enrollment Assistant along with the enrollment forms below. This is especially important, as your child will unfortunately not be able to begin our program without it. We want to provide the best care possible for all the children.

Step 3: Call one of the Enrollment Assistants below to make an appointment to answer any further questions you may have, take an onsite tour of our Center, review your paperwork, and meet your child’s teacher.

Estamos contentos que nos encontraron. Si estas listo/a para reunirte con la Asistente de Inscripciones y formar parte de la familia de TOP, por favor lea los siguientes pasos antes de bajar y llenar las formas de inscripción adjuntas. Si tiene alguna pregunta llámenos. Esperamos reunirnos con usted en persona para finalizar el proceso de inscripción, y estamos contentos de formar parte en la vida de su hijo/a, ayudando a prepararlo/a para que tenga una experiencia escolar exitosa.

Paso # 1: Descargué y llene las formas A, B y C que se encuentran en la parte de abajo y téngalas listas para cuando se reúna con la Asistente de Inscripciones.

Paso # 2: Si su niño/a tiene cualquier tipo de Alergia, una nota del Doctor tiene que ser entregada a la Asistente de Inscripciones junto con las formas de inscripción. Esto es especialmente muy importante, desafortunadamente su niño/a no podrá asistir o comenzar en nuestro programa sin esto. Queremos proveerles el mejor cuidado posible a todos los niños.

Paso # 3: Llame a una de nuestras Asistentes de Inscripción para hacer una cita o contestarle cualquier otra pregunta que usted pueda tener. Cuando visite nuestro Centro puede tomar un recorrido, repasaremos sus formas, y podrá reunirse con la maestro/a de su niño/a.
