TOP is privately funded and operated and reserves the right to decline service to any family in the event that TOP is not the best learning facility for their child. Otherwise, enrollment at TOP is based upon financial need and ability to qualify for local, state, or federal assistance. Virtually all TOP students are federal free or reduced lunch qualified, have family incomes falling below the poverty line or both. TOP’s mission is to assist children and families in poverty and, consequently, enrollment preference is given based upon financial need. We also work with families to develop family improvement plans so that they can improve their home environments while their children are learning in school. |
