TOP Learning Center employees have access to a comprehensive health insurance plan, paid vacation days, paid all-purpose leave and are eligible for reimbursable staff development opportunities. TOP is dedicated to a high level of professional development and innovation in teaching methods and learning initiatives are ongoing continually. Both full time and part time positions are offered on 9-month and 12-month calendars. Pay is commensurate with that offered at other high quality day care and preschool private providers and is evaluated annually. Teachers have a high degree of control over their classrooms and support and communication from their Director. |
