The Opportunity Project (TOP) is a charitable organization devoted to early education for children living in poverty. We believe that all children can learn, regardless of their economic status. TOP, along with its numerous public and private partners, is dedicated to offering the very highest educational opportunities to poor children from birth to five years of age. TOP seldom charges tuition to its students. Children and families who can demonstrate low income status and who will commit their time and efforts to learning are welcome to apply. |
